It’s not a cake. Not a pound cake either. The Gâteau Maison is something else entirely. A unique collection of biscuits with a soft, airy texture, designed to be gifted, shared, forgotten, then missed. In the Figaro hazelnut version: the warmth of Piedmont hazelnuts evokes the nostalgic comfort of hazelnut spread. Finished with a slab of chocolate sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts, placed like a signature. Also available in Akosombo cacao and Jolika pistachio versions.
