It’s not a cake. Not a pound cake either. The Gâteau Maison is something else entirely. A unique collection of biscuits with a soft, airy texture, designed to be gifted, shared, forgotten, then missed. In its cacao version, the Gâteau Maison Akosombo: a chocolate-almond biscuit, a chocolate-hazelnut heart, and a milk chocolate rocher glaze with cocoa nibs. Finished with a slab of intense chocolate, placed like a signature. Dark, dense, velvety: chocolate in its most grown-up form. Also available in Jolika pistachio and Figaro hazelnut versions.
