Straight out of Nicolas Cloiseau's cabinet of curiosities, the INSOLITE CURRY Collection is a singular praline that plays on surprises and leaves no one indifferent. On a background of almonds and hazelnuts, it crunches the bewitching, spicy, round and slightly piquant nuances of Madras Curry.  This famous blend of Indian spices is ground directly into cocoa butter and incorporated into caramelized dried fruit, giving our taste buds a shimmering sensation of warm, spicy, crunchy fruit. INSOLITE Curry asserts a praline parenthesis that's not lacking in spice. To explore tastes you've never even dreamed of, and give you a different way of experiencing chocolate.

Dégustez nos chocolats à une température ambiante de 20 °C. Accompagnez votre dégustation d’eau minérale, afin de laisser s'exprimer au mieux les saveurs du chocolat. Vous pouvez conserver nos chocolats dans un endroit sec et frais, (18°C) dans leur emballage d'origine, ou bien dans le bac en bas de votre réfrigérateur, après avoir protégé votre coffret dans un sac papier ou plastique (dans ce dernier cas, sortez les chocolats 30 minutes avant de les déguster).

Here, the wildest ideas meet chocolate to create a unique sensory adventure. The idea is to take an interest in all the raw materials that can be rehydrated in the cream of a ganache, crushed in a praline, or substituted for butter or cream. We're pushing the boundaries of taste, while remaining true to the subtlety of the Maison signature.
