It’s not a cake. Not a pound cake either. The Gâteau Maison is something else entirely. A unique collection of biscuits with a soft, airy texture, designed to be gifted, shared, forgotten, then missed. In the Jolika version: pistachio in its raw truth—roasted, creamy, intense. A primal sensation, unfiltered. A deep, satiny green. Finished with a slab of chocolate sprinkled with pistachio pieces, placed like a signature. Also available in Akosombo cacao and Figaro hazelnut versions.
