Named after the Guayaquil dark chocolate and bourbon vanilla ganache, the Guayaquil Square introduces you to a sweet chocolate with captivating notes. Its Hukambi dark milk chocolate mousse made from pure origin Brazilian (53%) chocolate is egg-free and butter-free and created from a ganache. It encloses within it a Dulcey blond chocolate and Tahitian vanilla crémeux, topped with an elixir of vanilla and red kampot pepper.
