Named after the famous full-bodied dark chocolate Caracas ganache, the gluten-free Caracas Square has an intense chocolate flavor. Its pure origin Belizean Tulakalum dark chocolate (75%) mousse is egg-free and butter-free and made from a ganache. It encloses within it a pure origin Belizean dark chocolate (75%) crémeux with chocolate pieces and fleur de sel,all topped off with a pure origin Belizean dark chocolate (75%) crémeux.
