Craftsmanship and incredible artistry
Made in small batches of 30 to 50 kilos, Maison ganaches and pralines receive the utmost attention. Each texture is spread and smoothed by hand on marble, prepared, cut to the millimetre, carefully enrobed and decorated one chocolate at a time, using a piping cone or a fork always by hand. The Maison spirit is expressed through the meticulous work of 35 experienced chocolatiers deeply attached to their craft. At every stage, time is given to the ingredients: time to rest, time to dry, time devoted simply to craftsmanship.
