Barely 6.5 cm: the size of a lipstick, a box of matches, or a bank card. In other words, exactly what it takes to become indispensable. Mini-Maison are not small formats, let alone avant-goûts. These are real objects designed as a gift in their own right, where the case counts as much as chocolate. Our Trio Mini-Maison Case consists of three gift boxes, each highlighting a specialty of our house: melting ganaches, gourmet pralines and natural truffles. This trio is an invitation to discover our know-how and the Maison spirit, through flavors carefully selected for their accuracy and elegance. This case is the ideal gift to give or to offer oneself.

Enjoy our chocolates at an ambient temperature of 20°C. Pair your tasting with mineral water to allow the chocolate flavors to fully express themselves. You can store our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bottom compartment of your refrigerator, after placing the box in a paper or plastic bag (in this case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting).

Craftsmanship and emotion
Made in small quantities of 30 to 50 kilos so as not to denature the recipe, the ganaches and pralines are the subject of all attentions. Each texture is spread and smoothed manually on the marbles, chablonné and detailed to the millimeter by hand, carefully coated and decorated chocolate after chocolate, with cornet, with fork, always by hand. The chocolates are judged and selected piece by piece, picked and tasted as they come.
Throughout the steps and the crystallization of chocolate, attention is paid to the temperature curves to better reveal the aromas. We give time to the material. From rest time, drying time, time for simply crafting.
The spirit of La Maison du Chocolat is reflected in the meticulousness of 35 experienced chocolatiers who are deeply attached to their craft.
