A few words aboutour creations...
Captured on refined milk chocolate, the Parisian hazelnuts of the Le Marais Tablet offer a perfect balance between smoothness and crunch. The roasted and caramelized nuts bring their rich flavors and enticing roundness to the chocolate bar reimagined by Nicolas Cloiseau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier.
In a perfectly mastered balancing act, the Chef Creator combines nostalgic pleasure with high-end tasting, blending the boldness of whole hazelnuts with the tenderness of milk chocolate. Parisian in both look and taste, the hazelnut tablet reflects the full spirit of a luxury chocolate shop with elegant codes.
This iconic sweet gains in sophistication thanks to the finesse of the cocoa that enhances the nuts and their roasted notes. A delicate gift for an exceptional moment in its refined, vibrant pink box, it promises gourmet moments of rare intensity, as rich in surprise as in indulgence.
Our chocolates are best appreciated at room temperature. We advise that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties: first those with fruits, then spices, then alcohol.
- Optimal consumption duration* : From 8 to 82 days
- *Optimal duration of consumption as well as the date indicated on the back of the product are indicatives dates. However, we advise you to enjoy your chocolates sooner in order to benefit from all their smoothness.
- Storage temperature: 18 °C

Craftsmanship, gourmet treats and incredible uniformity
In his desire to do things differently, Nicolas Cloiseau, Head Chef at La Maison du Chocolat and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier, chose to avoid the easy route. First came the dual-layer Parisian Tablet collection with two textures and two distinct flavors on a single bar, bringing twice the complexity. The process begins by pouring the smooth side of the bar onto cold marble, creating a 2mm layer of chocolate. Speed and precision are essential to cover the chocolate at just the right moment of crystallization. If it is too cold, the second layer will not adhere. If it is too warm, the first layer disappears. Here, it is the combined experience of three chocolatiers who work together to handcraft the Parisian Tablets, recipe by recipe, marble by marble. The accuracy of the thickness determines the precision of the flavor imagined by Nicolas Cloiseau.
