In a true Easter spirit inspired by traditional egg hunts, the Praliné Eggshell calls for the delicacy and expertise of our chocolatiers. Carefully washed and pierced at the base, real eggshells are hand‑lined with a thin layer of milk chocolate, then filled by piping in a generous almond‑hazelnut praliné studded with chopped hazelnuts. A chocolate disc sealed at the top completes the creation until the moment of tasting.
