Beneath a real eggshell lies a delicate layer of dark chocolate encasing a silky almond‑hazelnut praliné with deeply caramelized notes and pieces of chopped hazelnuts. In a true Easter spirit inspired by traditional egg hunts, the Praliné Eggshell calls for the delicacy and expertise of our chocolatiers. Carefully washed and pierced at the base, real eggshells are hand‑lined with a thin layer of dark chocolate, then filled by piping in a generous almond‑hazelnut praliné studded with chopped hazelnuts. A chocolate disc sealed at the top completes the creation until the moment of tasting.
