Enjoy our chocolates at a room temperature of 20 °C. Pair your tasting with mineral water to let the chocolate’s flavors fully unfold. You may store our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18 °C) in their original packaging, or in the lower compartment of your refrigerator after placing the box inside a paper or plastic bag. If refrigerated, remove the chocolates 30 minutes before tasting.

A paradoxical animal, capable of laying dozens of eggs without ever brooding them. A fascinating oddity that immediately captivated Nicolas Cloiseau for Easter. This is how the ANIMA collection was born. n.m. anɪmə: soul, animal, magic, matter. Created in collaboration with sculptor @jacques_owczarek. A word that evokes breath, life, what animates. An energy that flows through every mould, down to the smallest shard of chocolate.
