A few words aboutour creations...
Why choose between smooth milk chocolate, intense dark chocolate, and crunchy hazelnuts? The Tablette Parisienne Tablette de Chocolat Madeleine triples the indulgence with flavors layered in delicate cocoa-rich tiers. Encased in luscious milk chocolate, roasted hazelnuts enrich the bar with crunchy bursts and delicious toasted notes. A perfect harmony elevated by a fine layer of intense dark chocolate that releases the full generosity of the nuts on the palate, restoring the noble status of this nostalgic and coveted treat. The passion of Chef Creator Nicolas Cloiseau, awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier, brings refinement and emotion to this artisanal chocolate bar. His crunchy “reinterpretation” dazzles with subtle flavors and an elegant duo. Smooth and minimalist on one side, textured and generous on the other, the Tablette Parisienne elevates the hazelnut to a true gourmet treasure, revealed in all its glory by its striking pink case.
Our chocolates are best appreciated at room temperature. We advise that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties: first those with fruits, then spices, then alcohol.
- Optimal consumption duration* : From 8 to 82 days
- *Optimal duration of consumption as well as the date indicated on the back of the product are indicatives dates. However, we advise you to enjoy your chocolates sooner in order to benefit from all their smoothness.
- Storage temperature: 18 °C

Craftsmanship, gourmet treats and incredible uniformity
In his desire to do things differently, Nicolas Cloiseau, Head Chef at La Maison du Chocolat and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier, chose to avoid the easy route. First came the Parisian Tablet collection with two textures and two distinct flavors on a single bar, bringing twice the complexity. The process begins by pouring the smooth side of the bar onto cold marble, creating a 2mm layer of chocolate. Speed and precision are essential to cover the chocolate at just the right moment of crystallization. If it is too cold, the second layer will not adhere. If it is too warm, the first layer disappears. Here, it is the combined experience of three chocolatiers who work together to handcraft the Parisian Tablets, recipe by recipe, marble by marble. The accuracy of the thickness determines the precision of the flavor imagined by Nicolas Cloiseau.
