Named after the famous Figaro - a milk chocolate confection with smooth, melt-in-the-mouth almond and hazelnut praliné - the Figaro Square has a chocolate with a crunchy feel. Its pure origin Belizean Tulakalum dark chocolate (75%) mousse is egg-free and butter-free and made from a ganache. It encloses within it a 66% hazelnut praliné crémeux, all topped off with an elixir of hazelnut praliné and fresh lemon juice and zest.
