With this bar, Nicolas Cloiseau takes up residence beneath the cacao trees of the Caribbean’s “Chocolate Land” to celebrate chocolate’s amazing sense of balance in its most brilliant form. With its notably harmonious notes, the Noir Équilibré 66% Chocolate Bar reveals a rounded character with hints of roasted nuts and a slightly woody finish.
Made from fine cocoa beans that pay tribute to the Caribbean islands’ diversity, this dark chocolate inscribes the art of blending as a touchstone for excellent flavour. It expresses the beautiful balance of a signature taste: a homage to the singular Caribbean cocoas that inspired it.

Our chocolates are best appreciated at room temperature. We advise that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties: first those with fruits, then spices, then alcohol.
