A strawberry just as we love it, tangy, supple, and melting. Halfway between a crunchy bar and a tender bite, shards of dried strawberries, captured in 56% dark chocolate, fade away beneath a fine layer of ivory chocolate with the sweetness of a delicate candy. New among our dual-layer bars, the Strawberry Delicate Bar multiplies pleasures: two textures, two flavors on the same bar, twice the complexity. On cold marble, the smooth face of the bar is poured 2 mm of ivory chocolate. Speed and precision are essential to cover the chocolate at the exact moment of crystallization. Too cold, the second layer will not adhere; too warm, the first disappears. It is the combined expertise of three chocolatiers who, working in harmony, handcraft our gourmet bars, recipe after recipe, marble after marble. The accuracy of the thickness determines the accuracy of the taste imagined by Nicolas Cloiseau.
