Our shops will be open from 1 p.m. on Mondays, July 27 and August 24, except for the Louvre shop and the train stations.

Our boutiques in Sèvres, Faubourg, Madeleine, François 1er and Victor Hugo will be closed on Mondays 3, 10 and 17 August. 

The Victor Hugo and Faubourg boutiques will be closed from 10 to 16 August inclusive.

The Bretagne store will be closed from 26 July to 26 August inclusive. 

The Sèvres and François 1er boutiques will be closed on 15 August.

Tasting and conservation

* Chocolates : Our chocolates are best appreciated at room temperature. We advise that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties: first those with fruits, then spices, then alcohol.

Macarons : Enjoy the macarons at a room temperature of 20°C. We recommend storing your macarons in their original packaging in a cool, dry place (16 - 18°C), or in a drawer in your refrigerator, after having protected the box in an airtight plastic bag or container. Remove them 30 minutes before serving.
