There’s light mousse. There’s intense chocolate. And then there’s an elixir that coats the ensemble to offer a new twist on chocolate flavors. Named after the famous Salvador dark ganache with raspberry purée, the gluten-free Salvador Square features an intense chocolate with tangy notes. Its pure origin organic Madagascan dark chocolate (74%) mousse is egg-free and butter-free and made from a ganache. It encloses within it a raspberry and pure origin Brazilian milk chocolate (53%) crémeux, topped with a star anise and raspberry elixir.
