Nicolas Cloiseau, Master Chef of La Maison du Chocolat, created a Heart Gift Box rich in nuances and sensations. He indulges our tastebuds, capturing, like no one else, the delicacy of emotion in a few grams of chocolate. Emblematic pralinés and ganaches surround the Akosombo heart bouchées with spicy dark chocolate notes of cacao from Ghana. And for all aficionados of innovation, the four 2023 creations lend a Parisian touch to the collection. Smoothness of a pure origin cacao from the Island of Grenada, roundness of a ganache with Parisian honey, caramelized accents of a heart with sunflower praliné and enchanting flavors of a vanilla ganache with Indian pepper from Malabar. Without a doubt the most gourmand gift possible, good enough to eat!
Taste our chocolates at a room temperature of 20°C. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, in order to let the flavors of the chocolate express themselves at best. You can store our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bottom drawer of your refrigerator, after having protected your gift box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting them).
Showcasing the heart of Maison savoir-faire, each composition is meticulously finished by hand. The chocolate assortments are perfectly thought out and placed in a gift box, one by one, in precious heart-shaped assortments in a vibrant red featuring the mythical codes of la Maison. The paper evokes leather grain. Each heart is perfectly wrapped with a signature ribbon. Such are the codes of the Maison style that underscore and prolong the pleasure of chocolate as an object of attention and emotion.
