Well-nourished, the generous nature of our chocolate Hen Moulding unveils a tummy full of easter treats ready to eat! A wonderful catch of small milk 40% fishes or dark 61% for this hen figurine made entirely by hand. The dark chocolate (56%) version reveals on the palate intense cocoa notes without bitterness and unleashes crisp notes of red fruits. The milk chocolate (37%) version unveils a delicate cocoa, slightly sweet that develops creamy flavors and nostalgic notes of wafers. Eat to your heart’s content.
Taste our chocolates at a room temperature of 20°C. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, in order to let the flavors of the chocolate express themselves at best. You can store our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bottom drawer of your refrigerator, after having protected your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting them).
Made with successive layers of chocolate, carefully trimmed and polished with a silk brush, our easter hen is a mold underscoring respect for traditional techniques and savoir-faire. Molded with two sides heat-sealed, she conceals in her heart delicious chocolate figurines (dark 61 % or milk 40 %). Once the chocolate is crystallized, each detail is perfected by hand. For the final touch, the Hen Moulding is polished for a luminous chocolate finish, packed in a 100% recyclable box, made in france and able to be shipped everywhere.
