At the heart of the ANIMA collection
Praliné is one of the signature flavors of Robert Linxe, founder of La Maison du Chocolat. It begins with a pronounced taste of cooked caramel wrapped around fruity notes. In his blend of nuts and chocolate couverture, he liked to push the sugar cooking to its very limit. His goal was simple: reduce sweetness as much as possible to preserve only the pure essence of the nuts. Praliné finds its perfect balance between roasted nuts and the precise cooking of sugar. Finally, the dark‑chocolate coating of the Eggs Box releases round, full‑bodied notes, while the milk‑chocolate version reveals more biscuit‑like flavors.
