A few words aboutour creations...
Some addresses mark a beginning. At 225 Faubourg Saint-Honoré, La Maison du Chocolat entered our lives, just across from the Salle Pleyel. A Parisian address where pleasure is savored. The new “At the Heart of Faubourg” collection pays tribute to that beginning: the beautiful bitterness of the Honduras dark ganache, the rhubarb red that tingles our palate with fruity acidity, and the warm accents of a praliné bite spiced with vanilla and pepper remind us that chocolate is offered to lovers of taste as the most Parisian of gifts.
Price per kilo: €392.86/kg

Craftsmanship and incredible artistry
Known for the poetry and delicacy with which she sketches the contours of an idealized Paris, it is Parisian illustrator Clara Panetier who signs the illustration of the “At the Heart of Faubourg” boxes. Her sketch of the very first Maison du Chocolat boutique on Faubourg Saint-Honoré continues the thread of her favorite addresses in the capital and the emblematic places dear to her heart, published in her first book Paris rêvé with Éditions du Chêne.
