Named after the famous Noir de Cassis ganache with blackcurrant purée and blackcurrant buds, the gluten-free Noir de Cassis Square offers an intense chocolate with fruity notes. Its pure origin organic Madagascan dark chocolate (74%) mousse is egg-free and butter-free and made from a ganache. It encloses within it a blackcurrant and pure origin Brazilian milk chocolate (53%) crémeux, topped with a blackcurrant and violet elixir.
