Tasting

Our chocolates are best appreciated at room temperature. We advise that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties: first those with fruits, then spices, then alcohol.

Skills and fine craftsmanship

Made in small quantities of 30 to 50 kilos to respect the recipes, our ganaches and pralinés are the focus of all our attention. Each texture is spread out and smoothed by hand on Maison marble, spread in a thin layer and cut to the millimeter, carefully enrobed and decorated by hand, chocolate after chocolate with a cornet or fork. The chocolates are inspected and selected piece by piece, sampled and tasted. We allow time for the product to rest, time to dry, time for craftsmanship. This Maison spirit is exemplified by the meticulousness of 35 experienced chocolatiers dedicated to their craftsmanship
