Frozen Bar Vanilla-Praline... chills and thrills guaranteed. Vanilla ice cream with Madagascar vanilla beans gently enrobes the creaminess of  Maison hazelnut praliné ice cream 60% with a bit of texture, and a succession of particularly round intense flavors. This frozen bar features creamy ice creams intensified by the delightful sweetness of the crunchy milk chocolate 39% shell studded with slivers of roasted hazelnuts. There are also the three other frozen bar recipes to cool your summertime cravings.

Nicolas Cloiseau, our chef and holder of the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in chocolate making, takes up residence this summer with David Wesmaël, the accomplished MOF glacier of La Glacerie Paris. The focus is chocolate of course, with the icy intensity of the ultra-fine Frozen Bar in honor of the signature taste of Maison du Chocolat. You will enjoy the fine sorbets, bursting with fruit, with frank flavors and ice creams subtle, intense, and balanced. The ice creams and sorbets of La Glacerie Paris are produced and churned in a traditional way near Lille. All the ice creams are made with fresh cream and farm milk, from farmers in the Hauts de France.
