Nicolas Cloiseau is delighted to present his new "Expert" Chocolate Bar Collection! Six new chocolate bars featuring a selection of rare aromatic cacao.
Cacao assemblages from Africa, the Caribbean and South America - 7€ per bar
- Lait Musclé 37%: milk chocolate with an assemblage of African cacao revealing a vanilla biscuit flavor and lovely cocoa notes.
- Noir Équilibré 66%: dark chocolate with Caribbean cacao featuring notes of round chocolate and roasted nuts, and a mildly woody finish.
- Noir robuste 74%: dark chocolate with an assemblage of African and South American cacao, robust, intense chocolate, rich taste.
Pure Origins Brazil, Mexico or Madagascar - 9€ per bar
- Brésil Captivant 65% : dark chocolate with cacao beans from Brazil with crisp notes of yellow fruits and slighty spicy with a rush of acidity with pronounced cocoa flaovr and a lovely finish.
- Madagascar Tonique 67% : dark chocolate with fresh acidulous notes of red fruits and warm spices followed by bitterness and a finish of notes of roasted nuts.
- Mexique Intense 70% : dark chocolate from Mexico with red acidulous notes. The brown sugar added during production of this bar reveals spicy warm flavor.
