With the flower of chocolate, its majesty the Sicilian mandarin perfumes the pleasure of Kings with a tangy treasure. Nicolas Cloiseau tints our taste buds with a lively and juicy almond-chocolate tangerine sensation. At its heart, almond cream mixed with tangerine pastry cream tempers a tender intense dark chocolate ganache (75%). We love the fruity explosion, the vitality and freshness of the citrus which plays off the strength of the chocolate. In contrast, the camelized puff pastry crowned with mandarin juice welcomes a fine lace of crunchy chocolate. A frangipane, tangerine and chocolate sensation that the kings of the epiphany would not give up for an empire! In the kingdom of citrus fruits, mandarin is king.

Vous pouvez conserver nos chocolats dans un endroit sec et frais, (18°C) dans leur emballage d'origine, ou bien dans le bac en bas de votre réfrigérateur, après avoir protégé votre coffret dans un sac papier ou plastique (dans ce dernier cas, sortez les chocolats 30 minutes avant de les déguster).
