our creations...

Welcome to the Mascots of Paris 2024! The Phryges, official mascots of the Paris 2024, appear as a Paralympic tribe in the Amuse Milk Chocolate Bar and give sport the space it deserves. A gourmet test where chocolate, biscuits, praline and dried fruits find refuge in a bar and breathe in chocolate. A random biscuit with shortbread pieces, milk chocolate and hazelnut praline reveal a crispy character. To the tunes of puffed rice mixed with hazelnut praline and vibrant lace crepe, roasted half-hazelnuts shake up the milk chocolate shell with delicious ricochets.

Tasting

Taste our chocolates at a room temperature of 20°C. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, in order to let the flavors of the chocolate express themselves at best. You can store our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bottom drawer of your refrigerator, after having protected your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting them).

Savoir-Faire and craftsmanship

When a crunchy bar of shortbread biscuit with hazelnut praline, enjoys roasted hazelnuts with airs of puffed rice, crepe lace and milk chocolate. Halfway between a bite of chocolate and a pastry, the Amuse Paralympic Milk Chocolate Bar was created from a particularly crispy shortbread biscuit mixed with praline. More pastry than chocolate, it was designed as a dessert. Almost a snack in fact. It is naturally produced by the house’s pastry workshop.
