What's better than chocolate to support all the supporters! At the head of this great popular movement, the Phryges, official mascots of Paris 2024, give sport the place it deserves. They appear as an Olympic tribe in the Dark Chocolate Bar appetizer. Beyond the coating, the dark chocolate poured into the fruit announces delicacy. Shortbread biscuit pieces incorporated into the almond and hazelnut praline mass under an avalanche of roasted almond sticks, soft raisins and dark chocolate balls. Welcome to the Mascots of Paris 2024!

Tasting

Taste our chocolates at a room temperature of 20°C. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, in order to let the flavors of the chocolate express themselves at best. You can store our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bottom drawer of your refrigerator, after having protected your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting them).

When a crunchy bar of shortbread biscuit with almond and hazelnut praline, sprinkled with roasted almonds, soft raisins and chocolate balls is covered in dark chocolate. Halfway between a bite of chocolate and a pastry, the dark chocolate Amuse PhrygesOlympic Bar was created from a particularly crispy shortbread biscuit mixed with praline. More pastry than chocolate, it was designed as a “dessert” covered with soft raisins and chocolate balls. Almost a snack in fact. It is naturally produced by the house’s pastry workshop.
