Irresistibly drawn to the Maison chocolate, the Chocolate Almond Galette emerges from its frangipane in a tailor-made role signed by Nicolas Cloiseau. At its heart, the recipe takes a step aside. Soft and creamy, the almond cream with ganache reinvents the genre. Almonds and 66% dark chocolate engage in a disconcerting attraction. The intense notes of chocolate mixed with almond reveal themselves in a melting and velvety texture. All this is nestled in a just-caramelized homemade puff pastry. Golden and melting, the Chocolate Almond Galette des Rois delights the taste buds.
At the heart of our galette hides a fève featuring the street signs of our iconic Parisian addresses. And to crown the queens and kings of the day, our La Maison du Chocolat crown accompanies each galette.
