Taste our chocolates at a room temperature of 20 °C. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, to let the flavors of the chocolate express themselves at their best. You can store our chocolates in a dry and cool place (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the tray at the bottom of your fridge, after protecting your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting them).

Reinvent chocolate also involves imagining new textures, new sensations. In 2012, Nicolas Cloiseau, Master Chef of La Maison du Chocolat, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier, reinvented light airy pralinés with intense chocolate. He broke away from convention to search for a new “product offering”. The praliné Choco Sticks are a direct result of this search, featuring a new airy texture particularly gourmand. He was influenced by a whipped almond/hazelnut praliné recipe with creamy notes of milk chocolate and the flavor of caramelized biscuit. With their long length, they can be eaten in two bites to prolong the impression of enhanced gourmandise. We should have thought of this a long time ago!
