All featuring an intensity of flavor so dear to la Maison du Chocolat. In the Figaro Individual Buche the airy mousse, crafted with two signature pralinés which add intensity of flavor, the crunchy praliné accented with fleur de sel sets a gourmand crunchy tone, the sweetness of the praliné crémeux brings silkiness while the morsels of almonds in the Dacquoise cake offer some crunch.
