By entrusting to Nicolas Cloiseau the botanists of the 19 herbs that infuse their Gin, Citadelle, pioneer of French Gin, discovers a new way to capture the character of each berry, of each spice and each citrus that infuses its Gin in a tablet and mark the pure chocolate origin of the island of Granada with an intense taste of Gin, without Gin and alcohol (traces 0.5%). The ALCHIMIE GIN BOX, takes you further into the experience, it combines a chocolate Gin tablet and two Citadel Gin mignonettes, to perfect the tasting.

Our chocolates are best appreciated at room temperature. We advise that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties: first those with fruits, then spices, then alcohol.

Prepare, smoke, chew, taste, feel. ALCHIMIE GIN invites you to experience the chocolate/gin tasting. Pour 3 to 4 cl of Citadelle Gin into a large mixing glass filled with ice cubes, mix for 20 seconds, filter the gin. Smell the chocolate, the Gin. Chew a square and let it melt in your mouth, take a sip of Gin. In the mouth, the powerful fragrance of a velvety dark chocolate with notes of citrus and juniper berries with an impression of gin resonates.
