Frozen Bar Vanilla-Praline

The natural vanilla ice cream with Madagascar pods gently coats the creaminess of a lightly granulated homemade hazelnut praline ice cream, and then fades into a succession of particularly round notes, amplified by the milky tones of the crunchy milk chocolate cover with roasted hazelnut chips.


Frozen Bar Raspberry-Passionfruit

Highly colorful, this full-fruit duo colors our taste buds with the ideal taste of fresh fruit. Here it is the sensation of crunchy fruit that combines the power of the Heritage raspberry pulp sorbet with the natural acidity of the passionfruit sorbet. The dark chocolate cover responds with the same intensity in a tangy association.


Frozen Bar Chocolate-Cassis

All in contrast, the signature taste of the intense chocolate ice cream prepares the taste buds for the natural tonicity of the blackcurrant sorbet heart. In this refreshing duo, the dark chocolate cover with roasted almond doubles the crunchy and crispy sensation for more contrast.


Frozen Bar Hazelnut Chocolate-Caramel

Very regressive, this duo of creamy ice creams combines all the pleasures. First, the hazelnut chocolate ice cream, with an infusion of the best hazelnuts mixed with dark chocolate, with the incomparable taste of spread. At the heart of the ice cream, the homemade caramel ice cream, spiked with Guérande fleur de sel, is accompanied by a perfectly crunchy milk chocolate cover.
