Divinely tender inside, the orange bursts with flavor beneath its rich dark chocolate coating—perfectly balanced to crack under your teeth. These chocolate orange peels are handcrafted to highlight the natural essence of the orange while delivering the intense, bittersweet taste of 56% dark chocolate.
The thin strips of orange peel, free of bitter white pith, are slowly candied over two weeks. Once candied, each strip is hand-selected, carefully sized, rinsed in clear water to remove excess sugar, and then dried. Twenty-four hours later, each piece is delicately coated in a layer of dark chocolate, ready to be transformed into a classic Orangette.
