Indulge in the irresistible combination of dark chocolate covered orange peels, a gourmet treat that balances zesty citrus and rich chocolate flavors. Divinely tender inside, the orange bursts with flavor beneath its rich dark chocolate coating—perfectly balanced to crack under your teeth. These chocolate orange peels are handcrafted to highlight the natural essence of the orange while delivering the intense, bittersweet taste of 56% dark chocolate.
The thin strips of orange peel, free of bitter white pith, are slowly candied over two weeks. Once candied, each strip is hand-selected, carefully sized, rinsed in clear water to remove excess sugar, and then dried. Twenty-four hours later, each piece is delicately coated in a layer of dark chocolate, ready to be transformed into a classic Orangette.
The number of pieces may vary, the weight of this box is guaranteed.

Enjoy our chocolate at a room temperature of 20°C, accompany your tasting with mineral water to allow the flavors of the chocolate to best express themselves. We recommend storing our chocolate in a dry, cool environment (18°C) in their original packaging. If refrigerated, please bring the chocolate to room temperature for approximately 30 minutes prior to serving.
