our creations...

For chocolate novices and connoisseurs alike, this gift box is the perfect introduction or re-introduction to our delicious Maison specialties.

At its core, this gift box houses our praliné sensations in two options: a blended pistachio and dark chocolate ganache, and an almond-praliné mendiant, with slivers of caramelized almonds, roasted hazelnuts, pistachios and candied oranges.

To complement the praliné recipe are two bouchées, one of 72% Venezuelan pure origin cacao enrobed in dark chocolate, and one caramelized white on milk chocolate with slivers of pecans, accented by chocolate covered almond Amandas and hazelnut Avelinas.

To share or enjoy alone, this box makes the perfect gift for the 2024 Chinese New Year.

Enjoy our chocolates at an ambient temperature of 20°C. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, in order to allow the flavors of chocolate to express themselves to the best of their ability. You can keep our chocolates in a dry and cool place, (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bin at the bottom of your refrigerator, after having protected your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take out the chocolates 30 minutes before tasting them).
