A Parisian mocha éclair infused with Ethiopian coffee is a sophisticated pastry that marries French elegance with exotic flavors. Maison Éclairs are handcrafted each morning in small batches at our Madison Boutique, located in the Upper East Side.
*Please note, pastry orders must be placed 48 hours in advance for in-store pickup. Select pastries are unavailable for messenger or home delivery services.
Enjoy our éclairs at a room temperature of 20°C (~68°F) the same day of purchase. If refrigerated, remove the éclairs 15 minutes prior to serving.
