Savor our decadent dome-shaped chocolate zabaglione cake, featuring a rich Madagascar vanilla crème brûlée center and an old-fashioned praliné dacquoise biscuit. Elegantly decorated with a glossy dark chocolate glaze and topped with candied hazelnuts, a vanilla bean pod, and luxurious gold leaf.
Maison Entremets are handcrafted each morning in small batches at our Madison Boutique, located in the Upper East Side.
*Please note, pâtissière orders must be placed 48 hours in advance for in-store pickup. Select pastries are unavailable for messenger or home delivery services.

Enjoy our entremet cakes at a room temperature of 20°C (~68°F). If refrigerated, remove the entremet cake 30 minutes prior to serving.
- Once received, consume within 2 days
- In order to fully savor your pastry, keep it in the refrigerator and take it out 15 minutes prior.

Well this was surprising! I was unaware of the layers and the crunchiness in there and the wonderful mix of flavors and chocolate and ganache and everything was just wonderful. And it was a nice savory size so that I could enjoy it quite slowly while I sipped my espresso!
