Indulge in our decadent nine-layered dark chocolate mousse cake, crafted with a blend of Caribbean cocoa. This exquisite dessert features layers of velvety dark chocolate mousse, a rich dark chocolate génoise sponge, and a delicate cocoa-almond biscuit. A crunchy feuille de chocolat adds texture, while the entire cake is elegantly decorated with a glossy dark chocolate glaze, and topped with crunchy cocoa nibs.

Maison Entremets are handcrafted each morning in small batches at our Madison Boutique, located in the Upper East Side.
