Experience the decadence of our nine-layered dark chocolate raspberry mousse cake. This exquisite dessert features layers of tangy raspberry coulis, rich dark chocolate mousse, chocolate génoise sponge, and a cocoa-almond biscuit. Elegantly decorated with a glossy dark chocolate mirror glaze, topped with fresh raspberries and luxurious gold leaf.
Maison Entremets are handcrafted each morning in small batches at our Madison Boutique, located in the Upper East Side.
*Please note, pâtissière orders must be placed 48 hours in advance for in-store pickup. Select pastries are unavailable for messenger or home delivery services.
Enjoy our entremets at a room temperature of 20°C (~68°F). If refrigerated, remove the entremet 30 minutes prior to serving.
- Once received, consume within 2 days
- In order to fully savor your pastry, keep it in the refrigerator and take it out 15 minutes prior.
- Storage temperature: 39.2 °F

I absolutely adore the combination of chocolate and berries! It’s such a delightful flavor!

My first bite was of course with the raspberry and is the Cake itself is infused with raspberry It was just a delectable bite. I only ate 1/4 at a time making sure that every single delicious molecule of flavor was thoroughly enjoyed before I took the next bite. Again you can get these only in the store so as I was visiting New York it was my number one priority to come to the store and bring them back to the hotel to enjoy them every day.
