Chocolate, praline and biscuit are a study in textures and vie with each other to be the best gourmandise; delicious "Amuse Barres" to take along wherever you go! The sophistication in a snacking chocolate bar, an innovation to register our chocolates in the new consumer snacking trends. The obsession with the biscuit: shortbread chips incorporated into the almond and hazelnut praline; in juxtaposition of roasted almonds in sticks, soft raisins and dark chocolate pearls amalgarmate and retain their crunch under the avalanche of chocolate.

In this box

Tasting

Enjoy our chocolates at a room temperature of 20°C. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, to allow the flavors of the chocolate to best express themselves. You can keep our chocolates in a dry and cool place, (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bin at the bottom of your refrigerator, after having protected your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before eating them).

Dark chocolate contains : Cocoa solids 29% minimum. milk chocolate contains : Cocoa solids 19% minimum - milk solids : 11% minimum.
