A few words about
our creations...

In 2006, La Maison du Chocolat reimagined the classic French macaron as the "cÅ“ur de ganache" or the heart of ganache: crisp French meringue shells filled with signature chocolate ganache. Maison chef pâtissiers master the art of ganache, combining pastry expertise with the fundamentals of chocolate-making, together constantly reimagining the future of ganache.

Crafted in small batches, each macaron is hand-piped and assembled using traditional techniques within the outskirts of Paris at our chocolate atelier in Nanterre, France.
