It's not a cake. Nor a pound cake. The Maison cake is something else entirely. A unique collection of biscuits with a melt-in-your-mouth, airy texture, designed to be given as gifts, shared, forgotten, and then missed. In the Jolika version: pistachio in its raw, roasted, creamy, intense truth. A pure, unadulterated sensation. A deep, satiny green. Decorated with a chocolate plaque studded with pistachio pieces, placed like a signature.
