Welcome the fresh feeling of Spring with us in this seasonal citron-inspired gift box. Inside you will find an assortment of melt-in-your-mouth ganaches and pralines, including the exclusive Citron Bonbon recipe: a dark chocolate praliné, infused with lemon zest and layered with bits of crispy crêpes.


This bonbon is the result of the combination of two Maison recipes: the Andalousie ganache and the Dentelle praline. Its concept comes alive by fusing the intensity of the lemon with a pervasive and crunchy praliné. Together they form a perfect alliance—explosive and intense. 


The main ingredients: 56% dark chocolate with dried fruits notes, 37% milk chocolate with creamy and caramelized notes, lemon zest from Spain, and crêpes from France.

Tasting

Taste our chocolates at a room temperature of 68°F. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, to let the flavors of the chocolate express themselves at their best. You can store our chocolates in a dry and cool place (64°F) in their original packaging, or in the tray at the bottom of your fridge, after protecting your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting them).
