The third edition of Insolite by Nicolas Cloiseau, created in partnership with Petrossian, is a refined journey into the world of caviar and chocolate. In this unique creation, a subtle praliné with gentle marine notes and caramelized hazelnut pieces blends seamlessly with the rich, smooth, and slightly mineral flavors of buttery caviar. The result is a harmonious balance that will intrigue caviar enthusiasts, combining savory brininess with delicate hints of dried fruit and toasted grains. Every bead of Petrossian caviar is sustainably raised and carefully hand-selected from the finest farms around the world, then matured to perfection with expert care.
