A few words aboutour creations...
The start is led by the hazelnut mousse, very tasty and slightly sweet. Followed by a crunchy almond-hazelnut praliné with a touch of salt, lying on an airy bed of chocolate dacquoise biscuit (meringue and almond powder). The tasting then goes on with a silky almond-hazelnut cocoa praline crémeux and ends with another layer of chocolate dacquoise biscuit.
Maison Bûche de Noël are handcrafted in small batches at our Madison Boutique, located in the Upper East Side.
Please note, pâtissière orders must be placed 48 hours in advance for in-store pickup.

Enjoy your bûche de noël at a room temperature of 20°C (~68°F). If refrigerated, remove the bûche de noël 30 minutes prior to serving.
