In its unique style exercise which is devoted to ganache, the box of 2 Maison du Chocolat macaroons colors addictions for the round cupcake with envy. Its chocolate reveals a palette of intense flavors. Robust dark chocolate, milk chocolate, passion fruit, caramel… recipes color our emotions. Their smooth, satin shells, sometimes embellished with natural pigments, offer an elegant pastel palette. In this gift box you will find our Vanilla as well as our Raseberry Macarons! This item is only available with Overnight Shipping.The design of the box may vary.

Tasting

Enjoy our chocolates at an ambient temperature of 20°C. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, in order to allow the flavors of chocolate to express themselves to the best of their ability. You can keep our chocolates in a dry and cool place, (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bin at the bottom of your refrigerator, after having protected your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take out the chocolates 30 minutes before tasting them).

Ingredients

Sugar, cream (milk), almonds powder, eggs, cocoa paste, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, passion fruit pulp, coffee beans, mascarpone (cream, acidity regulator (citric acid)), mango pulp, whole milk powder, cocoa powder, invert sugar, food colourings (curcumin, annatto norbixin) white egg powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanilla natural flavouring. Dark chocolate contains : Cocoa solids 56% minimum. Milk chocolate contains : Cocoa solids 41% minimum - Milk solids : 23% minimum.

When I received the macaroons they were crushed and didn’t taste as good as the last batch.
