By incorporating a ganache into a milk mousse, he has created a new taste sensation. The coating has a satisfying snap that gives way to a cool frozen chocolate mousse.
Right after you purchase it, you can enjoy your ganache cubes at room temperature of 20°C. The maximum storage date at this temperature is written on the back of the box.
You can also enjoy them frozen by placing them in your freezer. Either immediately after purchase, or later but before the maximum freezer date listed on the back of the box.
Once frozen, enjoy the frozen ganache cubes straight out of the freezer. You have two months of storage in the freezer. If you take out the box, put it back in the freezer quickly so the ganache pieces do not completely defrost.Â
