Between art, design and chocolate, Paris the city of light, inspires a collection full of allure. Delicate strokes and free flowing lines, monuments entwined with greenery, façades interlaced with cocoa pods, bridges and domes reimagined. This year, La Maison du Chocolat unveils two limited-edition bonbons: a dark chocolate ganache with single-origin 77% Vanuatu cocoa and a roasted rice almond-hazelnut praline enrobed in milk chocolate. Founded in Paris 1977 from the creative energy of visionary chocolatier, Robert Linxe. This "ganache wizard" was the first to express chocolate in all its nuances, freed from an excess of cream and sugar.
