In 2006, La Maison du Chocolat reimagined the classic French macaron as the "cœur de ganache" or the heart of ganache: crisp French meringue shells filled with signature chocolate ganache. Maison chef pâtissiers master the art of ganache, combining pastry expertise with the fundamentals of chocolate-making, together constantly reimagining the future of ganache.
Crafted in small batches, each macaron is hand-piped and assembled using traditional techniques within the outskirts of Paris at our chocolate atelier in Nanterre, France.
*Please note, the Coffret Macarons is ineligible for delivery to Canada at this time. Assortment may vary based on boutique availability.
Enjoy our macarons at a room temperature of 20°C, accompany your tasting with mineral water to allow the flavors of the chocolate to best express themselves. We recommend storing our macarons in a dry, cool environment (18°C) in their original packaging. If refrigerated, please bring the macarons to room temperature for approximately 30 minutes prior to serving.
